Part 1: Special Terms and Conditions for International Travel
Article 1
① As advance payments are made to airlines/accommodations/operators for this product, these Special Terms and Conditions and the regulations of African local/accommodation operators shall take precedence over the Standard Terms and Conditions for International Travel of the Republic of Korea.
Article 2
① Ahmo Travel provides services that include planning and implementing overall travel arrangements including local African accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel-related matters upon customer request.
Article 3
① In case of disputes related to local accommodation providers or local travel operators rather than the above services, customers must hold the local operators directly responsible and cannot hold the Company responsible.
Article 4 (Cancellation Penalties)
① Travel costs and accommodation costs
Advance payments are made to airlines/accommodations/operators for this product. Therefore, the regulations of African local/accommodation operators apply under these Special Terms rather than the Standard Terms and Conditions for International Travel of the Republic of Korea.

- Up to 59 days before departure: 100% of travel amount
Article 5 (Reservation Conditions)
① The contract becomes effective from the time the deposit is paid.
② Customers confirming reservations must be 18 years of age or older and must accurately provide all information required by Ahmo Travel. When one or more customers apply together or when parents are accompanied by children under 18, the parent or customer who confirmed the reservation (hereinafter "Representative") must guarantee the following to Ahmo Travel:
- The Representative must obtain all consents and authorizations required for the reservation from other travelers. The Representative must communicate all information necessary to grant the Representative authority to proceed with the reservation on behalf of other travelers.

③ Ahmo Travel may change programs or prices until the reservation is confirmed and has the right to legitimately refuse a customer's reservation based on internal criteria.
④ The exchange rate applied to Ahmo Travel's service fees is calculated internally based on interbank exchange rates rather than general buying/selling base rates. Ahmo Travel adjusts fees to reflect the latest exchange rate fluctuations, and the applied exchange rate is updated daily.
Article 6 (Travel Reservation and Free Schedule Regulations)
① Travel Reservation
Tour cancellations must be requested in writing or by email during weekday business hours (Mon–Fri, 10am–7pm). The Company cannot be held responsible for inability to immediately process cancellations requested outside business hours or on weekends.
② Medical Conditions and Special Requirements
- All customers are advised to consult with a professional about their health condition before traveling. Ahmo Travel recommends that all customers receive necessary or recommended vaccinations and verify their medical condition for traveling with Ahmo Travel. Ahmo Travel does not provide any medical advice.
- All customers must inform Ahmo Travel of any special conditions that may affect travel before full payment of travel expenses. If not informed, all customers participating in Ahmo Travel are assumed to be in normal health. It is entirely the customer's responsibility to determine whether their physical and mental condition is suitable for each program.
- For certain programs, Ahmo Travel may restrict participation based on health conditions (illness, pregnancy, etc.), and may refuse customers in certain conditions or pregnant women over 24 weeks.
- As tours and programs involving direct participation in the field are in remote areas of Africa, customers must acknowledge and accept that related activities involve a certain degree of risk.
- Ahmo Travel assumes no responsibility for problems arising from customer violations of the precautions attached to the contract.
③ Free Schedule
- The Company is not responsible for any safety accidents/theft/illness or other incidents that occur during individually arranged activities during free time. These are matters directly contracted between the traveler and local travel operators based on the traveler's voluntary choice and are not included in the Company's travel service scope. Please note that immediate response by the Company or guides may not be possible.
- Information about resort/hotel swimming pools, marine sports, and activity introductions is provided for customer convenience and is not a travel service provided by the Company. Please exercise extreme caution when using them individually during free time, and make careful decisions considering your physical condition and swimming ability.
