  • Required: Email, password, name, gender, date of birth, mobile phone number, CI (identity-verified members), legal representative information (name, relationship, contact), region, referrer ID — for user identification, identity verification, confirmation of membership for those under 14, membership benefits, event information and product delivery.
  • Optional: English name, domestic residence address, overseas residence address — for supplementary service provision and customized service support.

Upon Membership Registration (Kakao Account)

  • Required: Profile information (nickname/profile photo), Kakao account (email), gender, Kakao account (phone number), age range, birth year, KakaoTalk channel subscription status, birthday, CI (linked information), name, region — for member identification and management, service provision.

Upon Membership Registration (Naver ID)

  • Required: Email, name, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, region — for user identification, statistics, account linking and customer service.

Upon Travel Product Reservation

  • Required: Travel representative information, booker information, guest information (name, date of birth, mobile phone number, passport information, payment information) — for travel product reservation and consultation, departure eligibility assessment, ticketing, satisfaction survey.
  • Optional: Personal information included in requests — for travel product consultation and reservation details.

Payment-Related Services

  • Required: Name, date of birth, bank name, account number, card information (number, expiration date), relationship with contractor — for payment processing, settlement, refunds.

Purpose of Personal Information Collection and Use

The Company utilizes collected personal information for the following purposes:

    • Contract and subscription withdrawal records: 5 years
